Releasing Others Limiting Beliefs From Your Field with EFT

Sometimes we hold onto negative beliefs about ourselves and the world. Often times these beliefs and ideas are not even our own. They may have come from a parent, an ex-love or even a really close friend. Using tapping to clear this from your system can really jump start things for you and your life. I created the following tapping script to help clear out limiting beliefs/energy and make room for amazing, new experiences and wonderful people.



First think about a relationship you have… this could be with a parent, ex-love/current-love, friend, co-worker, etc. This is often someone that you’ve spent or spend a great deal of time with. It's easy for us to take on other’s energy and start acting like them or viewing the world as they do. This isn’t always positive, loving energy. It’s okay to release any energy that makes you love yourself less. This does not mean you have to stop loving this person, it doesn’t even mean you have to remove them from your life. This is simply a way to clear out limiting beliefs, feelings and/or energies that are not yours and do not serve you.
Unwanted Energy/Belief Script
You can use the tapping points suggested or wherever feels most comfortable to you.
Chest/Collarbone Region: I am ready to start releasing this persons energy, their wants and needs that don’t exist in my energy field, all of their fears, actions, hurts linked to me… I release this now. I deeply & completely love and accept myself.

Underarm: Thank you God/Universe for clearing me, I’m releasing all these unwanted fears and beliefs that are not my own.

Top of Head: Thank you God/Universe for helping me release all these fears and energies that don’t belong to me, I choose to release this now.

Under Eye: I am so grateful to be releasing all this anger, fear, frustration, I trust that nothing bad is going to happen, I deeply & completely love and accept myself.

Side of Eye: I continue to release and let go of all these energies, I am willing to let go of any energies that don’t belong to me, I deeply and completely love myself.

Under Nose: I am so grateful that I continue to release this energy and let go of all these feelings and beliefs that no longer serve me. I don’t need these to have lasting relationships I don’t need to carry these energies around any longer. I can be relaxed and balanced. I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Chin: I’m releasing and letting go…releasing and letting go now… all these energies that are not mine. They might be my parents, they might be my ex-boyfriend’s/girlfriend’s but I lovingly send them back to their owner. I deeply and completely love and accept myself. I can be whole now.

Chest: I’m releasing anything in my meridians that doesn’t serve me. I’m releasing…I’m letting go, I’m flooding my body with loving, cleansing light.

Underarm: I’m releasing and letting go, I’m letting my energy expand and fill with love and healing light, I choose to deeply and completely love myself.

Karate Chop/Side of Hand: Thank you God/Universe for helping me clear any energies that no longer serve me, I love and accept myself completely.

Chest/Collarbone: I am so grateful to be releasing these feelings and emotions I have been holding on to, I am making so much space for new insights. I deeply and completely love & accept myself.

Top of Head: I am so glad to be clearing all these emotions, responses and beliefs that are not mine, I am willing to have all this space and to feel complete on my own. I choose to love and accept myself.

Under Eye: I am so glad to be clearing myself of all of this

Side of Eye: I know I will fully benefit from letting go of beliefs and ideas that are not mine

Under Nose: Ideas and feelings that no longer serve me. I choose to fully release them

Chin: I know I will grow and expand when I can let go of these things that block me. I realize I don’t need these old hurts and energies, especially since most of them are not mine

Chest: I forgive myself for holding onto this energy. I want to forgive those that passed their unloving energies and fears to me.

Top of Ribs: I choose to forgive myself and those that passed their fears & unloving energy to me.

Underarm: I release and let them go, I release and let them go. I release them and send them back to their owners.

Wrist: I choose to start loving myself now.

Index Finger: I choose to honor my own feelings and release others feeling & energies that don’t help me grow in love & light.

Middle Finger: I deeply and completely love and accept myself

Outside of Ring Finger: A part of me is ready to fully release these old energies.

Pinky: I lovingly release them and expand fully with love and light.

Chest: I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath and notice how you feel. Did you feel a release? Did other things pop up? If something specific came to mind and you feel it might need some healing go back in and tap on it. If you're feeling really good you may want to do another round where you say positve affirmations, "I am so glad that I'm learning to love myself" "It's amazing to let go of this now" "I embrace the changes this will bring" "The universe is rooting for me" "I am remarkable."Those are a few examples, I suggest using your own language and being authentic because it will be the most valuable to you.

Super Tasty & Easy Vegan-Pizza Wraps

This recipe comes from www.vegnews.com and it is super delicious! I haven’t always been jazzed about tofu but when you prepare it the way this recipe calls for it’s extremely eatable. While the tofu is baking it fills the kitchen with the most amazing smells. It really does smell like perperoni!

This is supposed to be a kid-friendly recipe but for super picky eaters they may turn their nose up at it! Case in point my four-year-old niece she wouldn’t even consider tasting it. Older kids who are more adventurous might dig right in though. Either way it’s an excellent dish. I am not a huge fan of vegan mozzarella so I skipped the cheese all together. For the hummus I actually used home-made hummus, you can find the recipe for it here.

I really hope you try this and enjoy it as much as I do!

Makes 4-5 wraps

What You Need:

For the tofu:
1/3 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 15.5-ounce package firm tofu, drained and pressed

Marinade:
2/3 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon agave, maple syrup, or brown sugar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (never seem to have Italian seasoning so I improvise...garlic salt & a little bit of Lawry's Seasoning Salt)
1 teaspoon fennel seeds (do not omit the fennel seeds)

Wraps:
5 brown rice tortillas
1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 block vegan mozzarella, sliced
1 8-ounce container red pepper hummus (or make your own)

Preparation:
First you preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut tofu into 8 even rectangles and place in a small dish. Cover with Braggs and let sit, about 15 minutes. Drain tofu, reserving liquid in a separate bowl.
 
To make the marinade you will stir all the (marinade) ingredients together in bowl, this includes the Bragg'.
Place the tofu in a baking dish, a single layer and cover with marinade. Bake for 45 minutes,      drain excess liquid and increase oven temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Let the tofu cool for a bit.
I like to toast the rice tortilla's or heat them up in the microwave. You will layer the wrap with 2 pieces of tofu lettuce, 2 tbsp of hummus, and a slice of vegan cheese (it's great without the cheese too). Enjoy the wraps!

Where I was Introduced to EFT


The Tapping World Summit is where I was introduced to tapping (EFT). The Tapping World Summit is run by Nick and Jessica Ortner. They spoke with several incredible EFT practitioners, Jessica and Nick are practitioners as well. I learned a great deal from these conversations. I learned about healing, self-love, and about EFT.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, it’s a healing technique based on Chinese acupuncture and psychology. The best part is there are no needles involved! You use your hands to go around lightly tapping on various meridian points throughout your body.

Meridians are like energy highways, the points are places that energy can enter and exit the body. Acupuncturists’ use these places to help heal us and release pain. Tapping is a way for you to heal yourself, relieve past hurt/trauma, cure depression, etc. There are multiple ways you can use tapping and I’m so excited to have found it!

Mango, Avocado & Tahini Smoothie


My best friend gave me this recipe and I absolutely love it! Sometimes I'll blend it up, put half in the fridge to drink later. This smoothie can be a really large serving size for one person or you can split it among 2 people. You decide!
Mango, Avocado & Tahini Smoothie

1 avocado (halved, peeled & pitted)

1 mango (peeled and sliced)

1/4 cup of tahini (it's made from sesame seeds)

1/2 a lime

1 1/2- 2 cups of water

dash of sea salt

1 packet of Stevia

splash of apple juice (optional)

First you peel the mango and cut off all the fruit around the seed. With the avocado simply scoop out all the insides (excluding the seed) and you're good! I will squeeze some lime juice into the blender, as much as I can...and lime pulp is okay as long as you have a decent blender. Place ingredients in the blender, blend on medium to hight setting. Amazingly Quick & Yummy Hummus Recipe

I love hummus and buying it at the store weekly can be a bit pricey. So when my best friend shared this awesome, raw hummus recipe with me I was super excited. I tried it and loved it. It's a super easy, quick recipe.

Store bought hummus can be expensive but it can also be filled with sodium and other additives you may not want to put in your body. What's great about this recipe is that it's essentially raw since you're using fresh zucchini in place of cooked chickpeas.

This recipe comes from the book "Going Raw" by Judita Wignall. You will need:

1 cup peeled and chopped zucchini (typically a large zucchini is enough)

1/2 cup of lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

2-3 cloves of garlic (peeled & chopped)

1/2 tsp of paprika

1/2 tsp of cumin

1/2 cup of tahini

Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper

Put all ingredients, except the tahini, into blender or food processor and blend it all up. Blend until it's smooth and everything looks like it's been liquefied. Afterwards add in the tahini and blend for a short time. Pour into a cute little bowl and enjoy with veggies and gluten-free bread. Learning How to Tap

I have found several excellent videos (some of them my own) on YouTube that talk about tapping (EFT) and give you step-by-step instructions. The following is one of the first videos I stumbled upon. I hope it helps you as much as it did me!


 
Tapping (EFT) is a wonderful healing tool! When you're tapping on various accupressure/meridian points, this has to do with the body's circuitry. These meridians are like electricity flowing through the body, whenever you're in pain or some type of dis-ease this is blocking the energy flow. You can release pain and trauma or whatever it is with tapping.

Welcome to My Blog

Welcome to my blog! I am excited to have you here. About 3-4 months ago I started having lots of health issues first with my thyroid and then about a month later my back. My thyroid has some fairly large nodules in it, since the thyroid helps regulate temperature I had issues with being super cold one minute and sweltering the next. When my back started hurting and I went from running daily to barely being able to walk. I have a bulging disc and it was pushing up against my sciatic nerve. When I forced myself to walk I’d usually burst into tears after a few steps because it was incredibly painful.

I went to see my doctor and he sent me to various specialists. An ENT doctor put me on thyroid medicine to stop the growth of the nodules. The medicine caused me to drop 10 lbs in 3 days and had my heart rate so high I felt like I was hyperventilating all the time! My family doctor gave me a prescription for steroids to help with the back pain. The pills did nothing to decrease the pain. Basically nothing I was doing actually helped alleviate my symptoms. That's when I started looking for alternative, more holistic approaches to health. I started juicing to detoxify my system; I eliminated meat and gluten from my diet; I started doing light stretches & yoga for my back; and I discovered the most amazing thing of all...EFT. I didn't realize at the time that I had discovered something that would help me learn to love and heal myself.

 You might be asking what exactly is EFT? Well, EFT (Emotional FreedomTechnique) is a form of self-therapy that uses acupressure to activate meridians in the body. Our bodies have meridians running through them, little energy highways. Certain traumas can actually block our meridians leading to physical discomfort, emotional discomfort and even disease. By gently tapping the meridian points of your body you can work through and release stored up emotion. This could be emotion that keeps you from loving yourself, loving others, meeting your goals, having limiting beliefs about yourself and so much more! Tapping (EFT) is a form of acupressure, when you tap various meridian points you can help release these blocks. This helps get your energy running smoothly once again.

 
Tapping has been a miracle and I’ve done a few videos on the subject if you’d like to follow along and learn a bit more.
