Ready to Use the Power of What If?


You may be unaware of the power of “what if”...especially regarding the subconscious mind. When said aloud this statement sends a direct message to your subconscious. The power is amplified when expressed in positive and loving ways. When you combine this statement with tapping aka EFT it begins to open you up to creating and having often very different life circumstances than you currently have. Your subconscious picks up on this idea and starts to come up with inspired thoughts and actions for you to take for amazing new possibilities. What if I get a huge promotion? What if I meet a wonderful man I truly connect with? What if I start drawing in more supportive friends? What if I'm a spiritual creature on a wonderful & inspired path? What if I'm the top saleswoman/salesman at my company? What if I win the upcoming golf tournament? As you can see this powerful “what if” can be applied to anything and everything.

Ready to Stop Calling Yourself a Quitter and Ignite Your Inner Success Maker?

Have you heard the song"We Are the Champions" by Queen? Yeah, that one. The reason I ask is because it continues popping into my head lately because of a certain statement I've been seeing almost everywhere I turn. I have been hearing and seeing "Quitters never win and winners never quit!” My response to this statement...Who says? Sometimes quitting isn’t really quitting it may also be letting go of something that no longer serves you. There are times when victory comes from changing paths and perspective. So many people label themselves a loser for letting something go, or during those times when they feel they didn’t try hard enough. You may have stopped trying or moving forward so a loss was felt, but this doesn’t make you a loser. You don’t lose by being a “quitter” you lose by giving up on your dream.

You must also realize that dreams change and grow with you. Your dreams change and shift continuously. Which means you may have begun the process of letting go of something you wanted in the past for something even more amazing and vibrant right now! It’s funny how that works though...the initial “letting go” part can be excruciatingly uncomfortable. This is a time where you may find yourself stuck in negative self-talk, calling yourself a quitter or a loser. You may feel like you’re losing a part of yourself when in truth you may actually be gaining something. You never truly lose anything. So, let’s do some tapping on this to try to clear any negative self-talk you may have and open you up a bit! Use the following script tapping through your favorite points. Are you ready? So quitters never win and winners never quit.

I’ve heard this a thousand times.

Some things I may let go of to make space for new dreams and visions

This doesn’t make me a quitter…but a huge part of me disagrees

Ready to Honor Your Radiance, to Stand Out, and Truly Shine?



How do you stand fully in your radiance and shine? How do you exude more awesomeness? You clear your inner blocks and you allow it to shine…whenever you want more of your own simply ask for it! This can be done through prayer, meditation, and my personal favorite EFT!

You have this amazing ability to uncover your own magnificence by speaking directly to your subconscious. Your subconscious may be set on “Not safe to shine” or “Keep my radiance hidden” because at one point in your life you learned it wasn’t safe to shine. Perhaps you learned others didn’t approve of your “shine” or your “expansion” maybe they were jealous or maybe they didn’t understand it. When you access your subconscious mind you tap directly into your abilities and awesomeness. 

Using EFT helps with clearing and what I like to call “healing” your limiting beliefs. When you heal those limiting beliefs it allows you to access another level of your gifts and unique abilities. I have been using EFT to amplify my confidence, honor my gifts, and harness my abilities in new ways for close to 2 years. 

One of my favorite EFT practitioners and business guru’s is Margaret Lynch. She sent out an email recently that really expounds upon all the things my clients, friends, family (who practice EFT), and myself have been experiencing as well! I wanted to share some of Margaret’s amazing message with you, as well as a tapping script she created to help increase your brilliance! Enjoy!

“You already have waiting inside you a storehouse of untapped potential brilliance and energy that’s far beyond what you’ve seen so far. Your negative programming has been limiting your ability to access and let it flow…but it’s time to change that!

Tapping for More of Your Brilliance

Even though part of me
does not believe I have more untapped potential
more pure brilliance, clarity and energy
it’s okay, of course I do!

especially in less time
Heck, I’ve never earned that much before.
And it’s hard to imagine!
That’s okay because the truth is,

Is it Impossible to Release Bad Habits?

Do you ever feel like your less-than-pleasing habits are impossible to change? Did you know that most of our habits are unconscious? Habits are performed by our subconscious. Almost 90% of the things we feel, say, and do is at an unconscious level. Habits can be changed by consciously taking action towards creating new, healthier, and more loving habits.

There is a simple exercise you can start doing to teach yourself how to form new habits. If you always tie your shoes a certain way or put on your right shoe first, consciously decide you’re going to put on the opposite shoe first and tie your shoes a different way. The following things (when done daily) will help you create more joyful and positive habits:

1.       Be as cheerful as you possibly can be.

2.       Act in a more friendly way towards others.

3.       Be less critical and more understanding of others and their actions.

4.       Act as if you are already successful, behaving & speaking in a certain fashion.

5.       Decide to not allow your views or opinions cloud things negatively.

6.       Smile at least 5 times today.

7.       Try your best to remain calm and polite no matter what happens.

8.       Ignore any pessimistic behaviors and words from others.

9.       Use EFT every day to start releasing any limiting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I love this quote because it reminds me how extremely powerful our thoughts are. Every thought you think has an impact on you and those around you. When you seek out the good thoughts your life begins to shift to a truly loving & vibrant place.

Want to Tap Away Your Resistance?

I’ve been feeling a bit of resistance and fear creep up lately…just when everything is going really well for me. At first I was like, “What’s this all about?” I felt super frustrated and agitated with myself. Then I thought to myself I’d never get frustrated with a client if they came upon a block. I’d tell them to practice a bit of kindness and patience with themselves, then I’d get them tapping on their block! I decided to be more patient with myself, say nice things to me, meditate, and tap a whole lot. I found one of my older tapping scripts I created sometime last year specifically for resistance. It’s perfect for what I’ve been feeling. I encourage you to follow along, tapping the points you prefer. Good luck!


Releasing Resistance Script

Even though I have a great deal of resistance, I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I have a lot of insecure & resistant thoughts, I choose to deeply & completely love and accept myself and these thoughts too.

Even though I feel a great deal of resistance where growth & money is involved, I choose to love and accept myself.

I am willing to shift, I am willing to start to let go of this resistance.

I choose to love & accept myself and my resistance.

There are parts of me that are afraid to shift.

Those parts of me that say bad things to me.

Those parts of me that doubt my ability

I’m choosing to love those parts.

I’m going to love those parts right now.

I’m going to open these parts of me up & fill them with love & beautiful sunshine.

I choose to love all parts of me.

I choose to be willing to grow & to shift.

I am willing to release my tremendous need to resist.

I choose to start releasing that need to feel guilty

I choose to start releasing the need to put myself down.

I choose to start releasing all these fear based thoughts

I choose to release these thoughts that tell me that I can’t have all these things

That I can’t be all these things

I am willing to release my need to resist.

I am willing to release the pattern at my core level that is creating the resistance.

This pattern keeps me in the same place.

That little girl/boy that’s scared, I choose to love her/him now.

I’m going to wrap my arms around her/him, I’m going to be like a mama bear.

I’m going to take care of her and love her now.

I choose to love this little child in a way that I don’t think she ever felt love before.

I’m going to look at her and remember that I’m an adult and I’m strong.

I’m smart & Brave.

I’m going to teach this little girl to be strong, smart and brave too.

That’s all she needs!

I’m going to tell her how much value she has, and how smart & capable she is

And how much she can give and share with the world.

It’s okay to love all of me.

It’s safe to love me.

It’s safe to start to let go of some of this resistance.

I’m going to release some of my resistance with love.

Going to let it go, I release it and let it go.

Releasing my resistance with love and letting it go.

It’s okay to let this go now.

What if I no longer resisted?

I don’t know what that would be like,

I’ve resisted most of my life.

I’ve been scared my entire life.

What if I wasn’t scared?

What if I didn’t resist, how would things be different?

What if I no longer needed to be scared?

What if I no longer needed to resist life?

What if I’m opening up to life right now?

What if I allow the Universe/God to lead me?

What if I trust in the Universe?

What if I trust in myself?

I am shifting now.

I am shifting into a state of allowing.

I choose to allow the good in.

I choose to allow life to flow through me.

I ask the Universe to co-create with me now.

I trust myself, I trust the world.

It is safe to trust me.

It is safe to trust the universe.

All is well, I am peaceful & safe.

Ready For More Clarity and Fulfillment?

There are many ways for you to achieve success and find fulfillment in your life. The very first thing you have to do is figure out what it is you truly want. How do you do this? Well, by using your imagination, dreaming big, and setting goals. Goals give you something to work towards. Having well-defined goals can actually keep you alive and happy because you have a purpose. Try these simple steps when discovering your goals: 

1. Find a quiet, peaceful spot to sit and write out the goals you have. These are things that will bring more joy, love, and abundance to each day.

2. Why do you want it? For each goal you write down you will ask yourself “Why do I want this?”- get very clear on what you want & why you want it. The Universe doesn’t know what to provide for you when you say “Well, I think I want to start my own business," etc. Either you want it or you don’t.

3. Which goals will you choose to follow through with? Look back at the goals you’ve written down. With each goal close your eyes take a deep breath and see yourself as already accomplishing it. Does it bring a sense of joy, a sense of excitement? You must determine if the goals you have written are ones that you truly desire or if they’ve pressed upon you by society and those close to you. Ask yourself "Am I willing to let any of these go?" Which dreams will you work towards?

4. What’s the upside/downside to this goal? Now that you have some goals that you feel inspired and enthused about you will do a bit of exploration. At this time you will determine potential odds or downfalls for following through with the goal. You will also determine positive and uplifting reasons why going through with this goal will be extremely beneficial to you. You will also think up actions to take to move forward with your goals.

Remember to always have something to work towards. Get yourself a goal or a project you want to accomplish. Your soul longs to live, to achieve, and to feel & express joy. Get interested in a project that will benefit your community and those around you.

Unlocking Your Awesomeness: Interview with Psychic Visionary Mystic Mandy

 Today’s interview is with Mandy Peterson also known as “Mystic Mandy.” Mandy is a Psychic Visionary, EFT Practitioner, and author. She frequently writes for Bellespirit magazine. The first time I discovered Mandy was through YouTube, I came across one of her EFT videos and I was hooked! I’ve been watching her channel and reading her blog ever since! I am so grateful that I was able to have her answer a few questions about her truly remarkable gifts.

Have you always known you were an Empath and had unique abilities?
I was raised in an abusive home, so I admit my “abilities” started out as a form of hyper-vigilance and a self-defense mechanism.  Tuning into people was a way to try to stay safe and to predict the moods of those around me.  I would try to “feel” for when it was safe to speak or whether I needed to hide, withdraw or shield myself from everything that went on in our household.  So, I never thought of it as a gift but something that seemed to make me weaker than others and oversensitive.  It wasn’t until I sought healing from a psychic healer that I learned I was a “psychic sponge,” “empath” and an “earth empath.”  Earth empathy seems to be another form of empathic “hyper-vigilance” and needing to feel safe or alert to dangers. 
I now know how to use my empathic ability to help people with their healing, relationships issues, or issues of unrequited love or abuse.  I also use it to help people understand how important our connection to Earth is, how energy works and how to recognize when energy is out of balance.

Did your empathic healing & psychic abilities naturally guide you to EFT? When did you decide to become an EFT Practitioner?
When people originally started approaching me for readings, being referred by friends and others, I was still very shy and I felt unconfident with being able to simply speak to people or to know what to say or how to say it in the right way.  I had been exceptionally quiet and shy most my life.  So, I decided to take some coaching courses, feeling that maybe this would help me.  Looking up courses, I saw one called “Energy Psychotherapy.”  I wasn’t expecting it would be all about “meridian tapping.” I thought it would be about using ones empathic ability to read energy.  I later felt intrigued to sign up for a course called “Awakening the Light Body.” It, too, was surprisingly about “tapping” on this or that in order to “awaken the light body,” clear the energy field, etc. 
Despite finishing these courses, I never really used EFT for the longest time (about 3 years).  It was hard for me to believe “tapping” on places on the body was something that would really work.  Plus, who was I to help anyone when I had problems myself?  Then, one day a client that I read for came to me in distress and pain over a love situation and something told me to ask her if she was open to letting me try some EFT.  I tapped her remotely and her improvement was so dramatic that it took her completely by surprise and I was quite surprised myself. I continued to experiment and was quite surprised when people responded quickly and dramatically, especially with pain, heartache and energetic issues. 

In your book “I Am the Lotus, Not the Muddy Pond: Peace through Non-Conformity,” you talk about the Law of Attraction and miracle mindedness. Would you mind sharing a bit about miracle mindedness and how it relates to manifesting?
According to my guides, miracle mindedness is the purified state of mind that the masters achieved; such as Buddha and Christ.  It has nothing to do with owning or having anything, because in the spiritual dimension there is nothing to own or to have; and most of the rules we go by in the material dimension are fear-based illusions that entrap us into manifesting in predictable ways—ways which ultimately manifest loss, feelings of “not enoughness” and suffering.  From a purified state of releasing our egoic attachments rather than encouraging them, we can begin to manifest in service to the spirit and the highest good as opposed to manifesting through needing middle steps, money, to increase our self-worth through external pursuits, etc.  If I have lost you here, I probably explain it better within the book.  The book “A Course in Miracles” is another reference that attempts to teach us how to achieve this state of mind. 
In the whole, miracle mindedness allows us to release our obsessions and our desires in order to be one with the Creator in the now, rather than through hoping to attain something in the future.  It allows divine recognition of the true miracle which is all around us everywhere at all times.  In allowing this divine recognition of the true miracle, it creates a true abundance mind-set; not one based upon how much “success” or physical “wealth” we can attain.  In fact, with miracle mindedness there is no success or failure.  There is only an abundant respect for life everywhere (in which the Holy Spark is recognized as being one with one’s own).  There is a release of the need to keep seeking our self-worth externally and in ways which self-sabotage us in the end. When in collective self-sabotage mode (because most of us feel the need to manifest in similar ways), we end up destroying more in the bigger picture (which is communicated through our environmental issues) rather than respecting and co-creating with it.  Miracle mindedness, however, helps us to find our way back to co-creation (and out of this sense of being separated), and to a sense of self-esteem that is dependent upon nothing in form.

I am intrigued by your intuitive abilities and all the ways you help others find more love & health in their life. Could you share with us about “Karmic Unweaving” and how you use it to assist your clients?
Karmic Unweaving is a term a friend gave to me to use in place of defining what I was doing as ‘using the Law of Attraction backwards.’  Like dream interpretation and problem solving, it uses an outcome that is already in form and moves backwards from this to find what thoughts or beliefs created it. The aim is to reach the thoughts and beliefs that lie beneath our superficial thoughts and beliefs, as well as why we are thinking or believing in them.
For example, if we can unweave why we manifested a situation (for example burn out), we can find what beliefs are rooted within it (such as our need for more and more, never feeling we have, are or do enough, etc.).  Then, we can begin to ask questions such as; “Why do we need more and more?” “Who told us to believe in that way?” “What do we feel will happen to us if we stop believing in that way?” “Does this belief system really serve us or cause us anxiety?” “Is there another way that we can feel and believe that will result in a better outcome in this situation or a healing?”
There are so many “thoughts” and “beliefs” we have that we never think of because we see them as part of being “normal” or being part of our social definitions (such as of “abundance,” “success,” “failure,” etc.).  Sometimes, these beliefs are what block a person from a permanent recovery or contentment, because they may heal themselves and then go back into a way of life, relationship or pattern that brought on their pain, anxiety or symptoms.  Karmic Unweaving, therefore attempts to “unweave” why some of us may keep backtracking to beliefs that never served us and to understand why. 
I read your beautifully written story “The White Buffalo Calf Woman and Fukushima.” At one point the White Buffalo Calf Woman talks about the Earth waiting for all of us “to understand who She is and what Her truth is.” In the article you go on to say she tells you to find this truth through prayer and nature. What ways have you found to connect with this truth?
When I connect with this truth, it leads me to be more mindful of the sacred and the ‘Nature-al;” and to try to find a way to live more in harmony with what is sacred and Nature-al.  I allow myself to dwell upon how everything is connected not only in the spiritual dimension, but within the physical dimension, as well.  In all of this, I try to see ‘prayer’ less as thinking, which keeps me trapped in my mind, but through moving to my heart and really beginning to feel that presence everywhere and to care about that presence, making it a walking prayer—a walk of life.  For, if you take the “h” off the front of the word “heart” and put it at the end, it spells “Earth.”

Do you feel EFT helps people to open to their connection with God and the Universe?
If it is used for this purpose, yes. But I have also seen people lose connection with “God” if they become too focused on outcomes.  The symptoms are similar to psychic addiction, in that both have an addiction to outcomes and a need for control.

Do you have any suggestions for those who want to use EFT but are not comfortable with “tapping” or familiar with the points?
If they know where the chakra points are they can simply tap on their chakras. Otherwise I just recommend circling the heart with the palm of the hand.  Clockwise can represent instilling energy while counterclockwise can represent clearing or removing energy.

Are there specific things you do each day to find balance and joy?
Play with my cats, enjoying nature, writing, meditating. Having a sense of humor helps, too! I can be a really serious person sometimes, but I also like to joke around a lot.
