There is nothing
wrong with wanting more money, especially for what it can bring you and your
family. There is a difference between loving and blessing money than being in a
state of greed. I am not talking about
stock-piling money for the sake of having it, though truthfully I have no
issues with someone who wishes to do this either. Money is simply a tool. How
you use it is up to you. I look at money as a way to have more time with
family; create college funds for my future children; and charities for
endangered animals. Most of all I see money as a way to enhance my life and the
lives of those around me.
It’s very easy to get
caught up in negative thinking related to money. This is especially true for
women. Women are taught to be good little girls and we typically carry this
with us through adulthood. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be a good
person. Lots of good people have plenty of money. Lots of good people do not
struggle to pay their bills and can afford to take a vacation. It’s okay to
want more.
It’s okay if you want
more than what you currently have. To have more money does not mean you’re evil
or wrong. It doesn’t mean that you are greedy.Forgive yourself for associating money with greed and bad feelings. Once
you let go of your guilt related to money you automatically allow more money
into your life. It’s a thought which
creates a feeling. All of these thoughts and feelings lead to a lifetime of
choices and habits that can easily keep you stuck and poor. You no longer have
to be in this state.

You can say this
chant while lightly tapping your chest and sternum area (or all meridian points
I’ve mentioned). You can also do this while looking at yourself in the mirror.
Mirror work is quite powerful. Imagine what you could do if you combined mirror
work and EFT?
I choose to be aware. I no longer wish to go without enough money.
I am becoming aware
now. I am aware of my relationship with money.
I no longer wish to
struggle to pay for anything.
I choose to know how
much I am spending. I choose to balance what goes out and comes in.
I choose to only use
credit cards only when I have enough to pay them off each month.
I choose to start a
savings account and put at least $50 a month into it.
I choose to manage my
money well from now on.
I choose to pay off
my credit cards and student loans (or whatever you need to pay off).
I allow myself lattes
and new clothes (or whatever you like to spend money on) when I
have extra money to spend.
I choose to put most
of my extra money into savings and investments.
I bless the money
that goes out.
I bless the money
that comes in.
I am aware now. I
know how much money I have.
I am aware of love.
Love is all there is.
I choose to love the
money I have.
I choose to love the
money that is coming to me.
I love money.
Money loves me.
It is safe to love
me.
It is safe to love money.
I bless the money
that goes out.
I bless the money that comes in.
You can repeat this
chant whenever you need to shift your energy towards creating more money.

I recently received an email from David Morelli
about mojo. He was talking about how powerful mojo is. The first thing that popped into my head was Austin Powers and all his mojo talk! But it's not resereved strictly for Mr. Powers. Both men and women have
inner mojo, whether we utilize it or not is completely up to us. This
cultivation of our mojo, our energy and aliveness attracts people to us. You
can imagine how useful this is in business and relationships…any kind of
relationship! When we’re expressing our mojo and we’ve got confidence in what
we’re doing it shows.
David mentions in his mojo videos that fear is a
huge factor and can block our mojo from flowing. We often hold back because we’re
afraid of how we’ll be perceived. We’re also afraid to put ourselves out there
to get hurt again. We’ve all been hurt or rejected in one way or another and it's painful! Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a wonderful tool to use in dealing
with fear and emotional blocks. For more information on EFT (also known as
tapping) check out my YouTube channel.
David pin points three things we need to ask
ourselves when we’re discovering our mojo. The first thing is, “What’s your
mojo?” He says that his is attitude;
he’s confident and self-assured in himself and what he does. Your mojo may come
across when you’re doing something your passionate about. Mine comes across
whenever I’m helping somone using EFT (tapping). David recommends
looking inside yourself and figuring out how and when your mojo appears.
The second question is, “What’s your message?”
David says we need to unlock our message so the mojo can flow. He has 3 simple
steps to take to help you do this. First ask yourself what message you’d regret
not sharing with the world if you died today. Second, ask yourself what your
unique skills and talents are and how do your talents help the world? Lastly,
you must put these things together and discover the purpose of it all, how can
you truly help others?
David’s third mojo question is, “How do you
communicate your message?” What mode will you use to communicate to the world…through
video, audio, or possibly live presentations?
Video is extremely powerful, it gives a more personal experience. It allows us
to have an online presence, reaching many people. Audio allows us to influence
and impact many people as well.So you
need to ask yourself which medium works best for you and increases the amount
of lives you touch.
David has an online event Tuesday June 4, 2013 starting at
5:30 PM (pacific time). If you’d like to be a part of it all and learn more

A few weeks ago I listened to Katherine Woodward’s online event Calling in The One: How to Identify and Release Your Hidden Barriers to Love & Become Magnetic to Your Soulmate. Katherine discusses the blocks a great deal of us have regarding love and how it’s our beliefs about ourselves that keep us stuck and essentially co-creating the kind of relationships we don’t want. I started thinking a great deal about my core beliefs, not just related to love but all parts of my life. I began digging a bit deeper into my beliefs about money and my financial freedom. I often tell myself “I don’t have enough money” or “I don’t know how to make more money.” Some part of me believes these things at a core level.
Shining a spot light on these beliefs and thoughts is extremely powerful. It actually makes these beliefs lose some of their power. Have you ever been afraid to admit how you feel about a situation or a person? Then you allow yourself to say what you’re thinking/feeling aloud? It’s no longer that scary. The fear is strongest when you totally deny what you think, what you believe, and how you feel. There is a great deal of power in acceptance. By accepting, it doesn’t mean you have to stay where you are it actually allows you to harness your own power and make a positive energy shift. When I opened my eyes to my deep-down, soul-level beliefs I realized I can mold them into something brilliant. I can change them and so can you.
Once I realized how powerful all of this was I started working on several EFT scripts to help me with what I label “my abundance issues.” I am now aware of the things I’ve been doing to stay at a place where I only make just enough or less-than enough. None of us have to live an impoverished existence no matter what the circumstances may be. We all have this amazing ability to make dramatic shifts in our belief systems. By working with the universe, tapping, and visualizing in color anything is possible.
Some of you may not be familiar with EFT. EFT (tapping) stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a type of psychological acupressure that allows you to work through any traumas, negativity, and any thoughts or feelings you may have. It was developed from Chinese medicine, specifically acupuncture but without the needles! You lightly tap on various meridian points throughout the body. Meridians are a complex web of little energy highways running throughout the body. When we have traumatic experiences sometimes energy gets blocked in certain parts of the meridians. With tapping you can help get this energy moving again. It’s a very powerful healing tool. I am so grateful for being introduced to it. Thank you Nick and Jessica Ortner!
I created a tapping script (what you say while doing EFT) that you can use for money/financial issues. I always suggest using your own words because it's more meaningful the more authentic it is, but it helps to have something to follow along with when you’re first getting started. You can tap along the various points I've listed, or what feels most comfortable to you.
Take two deep breaths. The script will be centered on a fairly common feeling people have towards money “I never have enough money.” Say this statement and rate it on a scale from 0 to 10, 0 being not true at all and 10 being very true. For more guidance you can follow along with me in the following video.
I Never Have Enough Money Script
Chest/Collarbone: Even though I never have enough money and this is discouraging and disappointing, I love and accept myself. Even though I feel like there is never enough money, that’s okay I love and respect myself. I forgive myself for feeling like there is never enough money. I love and accept myself whether I have enough money or not.
Sternum area: Even though I often see others who have lots of money and I wonder why I don’t, that's ok. I choose to accept myself & where I am.

Karate chop: Even though I can’t make more money because I don’t know how, I don’t have a strategy. I choose to love and accept myself. Even though I’m not sure how I will make more money, I choose to remember that the universe is abundant. I choose to remember that the universe has tons of resources just for me! Even though I have no idea how this will work, I choose to trust God and the universe to show me how to do this.

Eyebrow: Maybe I could learn
Side of eye: But I don’t know how
Under eye: I’m open to learning how to have lots of money
Nose: I choose to be shown how to have an abundance of money
Chin: I’m open to learning how to have lots of money
Chest: I choose to allow the universe to show me. I allow the universe to show me right now.
If I have any thoughts or feelings that pop up while tapping I will often write them down. This can be something for you to focus on during another EFT session. There is a great deal of power in tapping with another person, someone you feel safe with so don't feel you have to do this alone. One of my dear friends recently told me she feels like she takes up too much space. She was referring to her weight and how she feels about her body. I began wondering how many of us are afraid to take up “too much” space both physically and energetically? It got me thinking about space and our energy field.
It’s as if we think it’s a bad thing to make room for ourselves, our talents and creations. Imagine how different this world would be if everyone believed it’s not okay to take up space. If they believed it’s not okay to step into their own power and expand into their energy field if you will. We would be without amazing artwork, books, music, bridges, parks, fountains, and as many creative endeavors you can imagine.
I’m learning how powerful it is to step into my own and make space for me. Not allowing fear to stifle my creative genius. I no longer wish to reign in my abilities because I’m afraid of what someone else is going to think or say. I want to live, love, and manifest as many awesome experiences I can! I want to take up space, and expand into my energy field with love.
I encourage you to start releasing your fear. Don’t be afraid to own your space and your truth. Learn to love and trust in you. Guru Singh encourages us to show up expecting the best, because we get what we expect! You are worthy of this expansion, it is okay to step into and fill up your space. You deserve the best simply because of your existence.
This past
weekend I got the opportunity to hear “The Keys to Feminine Power” an online
event with Katherine Woodward Thomas and Claire Zammit PhD. This is an
ah-mazing talk geared for women! These two incredible women talk about
inspiration, personal & spiritual growth, and really tapping into our
feminine power. We know at some level that we can and will have a greater
impact when we tap into our power and connect with a support system. I am so
thankful for Katherine and Claire and having access to this incredible
information. These ladies talk about the principles and powers to attract and
use Feminine Energy. There are three distinct Power Bases for feminine energy.
Power Base #1: The Power to Change Your
Life
All of the
systems and techniques we’ve been using to create more power in our lives have
been created by men. So when we do this we can’t help but see things in a
masculine light. Manipulations, affirmations, and controlled behaviors don’t
necessarily work for women. We often need a much more holistic and healing
approach.
We experience
life through emotions. When we decide what emotions we should be having we
completely ignore this emotional center Claire speaks of. This can actually
halt our progress. It’s necessary to acknowledge our core beliefs and our
emotions.
One
technique that includes the acknowledgment of our beliefs and any emotions we
hold in our bodies is EFT (tapping). EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique
which is an incredible tool anyone can use anytime & anywhere. For more
information about EFT please visit my page.
Claire
suggests stepping back and seeing all the things that you’ve created that were
easy and organic. These are things for the most part that are in your sense of
what you can create. Maybe they’re things you were told you can do or were
supported by others. Look at the things that you want to create; things that
you may struggle with…you may notice they’re outside your core sense of
identity. The sense deep down inside you, what you feel is possible. The
greatest possibility that we want to have and create for our lives are often
outside what we deem possible. Until we actually shift our beliefs at the core,
not much is going to change.
This is where
feminine power the Power of Relatedness comes
in. Where we learn to be in a relationship with ourselves we acknowledge all
parts of ourselves. Including the parts we’re not jazzed about. We need to create
a relationship with these parts of ourselves, turning towards the feelings and
connect with all parts of us. Through this we can learn how to mentor these
parts and beliefs we may have created when at age 2, 9, or older. Often they
come about when we’re quite young.
Claire
suggests going to those parts of you that you ignore, the parts that say “I’m
not wanted,” “No one sees me,” “I’m not loved and appreciated,” or whatever it
is they say. With mentoring and EFT (tapping)you can
actually challenge these parts of you that are scared, and learn to love and
embrace them.
Think about
an area in your life you’ve been trying to change for a long time now…romantic
relationships, more fulfilling career, etc. drop your awareness down into your
body. Where do feel it in your body? Choose to turn towards this feeling and
welcome it. If this feeling could speak…what would it tell you? How old is this
part of you? This is the time to ask a bunch of questions. Let’s say this part
of you is 3 years old, Claire says to have the older you kind of tutor the
younger you. What’s the best thing about being my current age? You might say
that you have access to power, you’re strong and resilient…and you get to make
choices!
Now breathe
this strong, resilient woman into the younger part of yourself. Extend the
energy into the earth and throughout the room, the part of you that knows how
to extend kindness and wisdom to the younger you. You will tell the younger you
that you see her, hear her, and that you’re going to care for her now. You
begin to build a nurturing and loving relationship between your younger self
and adult self.
Once we
bring how we’re being into who and what we truly are life opens up and actually
starts to transform our identity. We can finally have the experience of other
people responding and relating to us. Basically we’re able to evolve beyond the
patterns of the past. Once this is done we’re ready to co-create.
Power Base #2: Begin to Cultivate a
New Way of Creating Your Life
Claire says,
“In my clearest moments I knew what my calling was but I had no idea what the
fullness of that would look like. I was underneath someone else’s vision. I
felt like a voice that needed to be heard, I never would have put myself into
what and where I’m at now. I had no idea looking back 10-15 years that this is
where I’d end up.”
The
challenge of realizing our destiny is that we need to navigate our way to a
destination that doesn’t exist just yet. So we don’t really know what it looks
like. We cannot apply masculine energy to this or goal setting. Instead we step
into this partnership with life where we create together. We access the deeper
desires of what we’re holding and what we want to create. We can access the
confidence and ability to create what we’ve wanted. In order to do this we have
to embrace trust and faith in the process of life. Any area of our lives that
we’re not experiencing is an area where we need to work on trust and belief.
First you
will need to connect with the deeper part of you within your body. This is
where you have access to the unlimited support of life/universe. We can connect
with our deepest desire of what we’d like to express through meditation, deep
breathing, and EFT. Once you connect with this part of yourself you begin to
co-create. It opens you up to receive. This is a time to ask, “What’s my next
step in moving forward?” Connecting with this part allows you the confidence to
move forward.
Most of us
don’t have this embodied sense of trust and faith. There is an inability to act
on a deeper more spiritual level. We don’t trust our own intuition. We can
become a powerful co-creator with the universe when we learn to trust.
Power base 3: The Power to Change the
World
This is
where we activate the power of the collective field. This allows us to succeed
in the biggest possible way. We need much more support. We have this idea that we
need or ask for support it’s a sign of weakness, once again you cannot access
this third power with masculine energy. In order to really come into our own
power we must nurture relationships and become true partners. Something happens
when we come together with others, a great power is released. When Katherine
and Claire came together they discovered this. They stood for each other and
supported new ways for them to show up. They discovered the power of the
Collective Field.
Many of us
feel alone and we haven’t cultivated a way to come together and work
One way to
access this power is begin to find people that we relate to and say to them, “I
am really standing to share my gifts with the world, will you stand with me?”
Basically you’re asking your support team/friends to help your accountable for
living in a way that’s consistent and congruent with your highest self.
Most of us don’t
have relationships like this in our lives. Too often we feel alone and unsure
of how to create a way to come together and work with other women and men. When
we have people standing with us and for us supporting who we are becoming is
extremely powerful. We’re able to activate the power of the Collective Field.
This is where we have true partners on our journey that mirror us and stand for
us so we can become women who bond in a powerful, positive way.
When you
make this shift within yourself where you embrace and connect with all parts of
you. There is a tremendous sense of liberation. By shining our own light and
finally stepping into our radiance we encourage others to do the same thing.
For more information about Katherine and Claire’s work visit their website.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are
inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our
light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to
be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually who are you not to be? You
are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.”~Marianne Williamson
One of my dear sweet friends sent me this
quote on Facebook. “Our deepest fear is that we are powerful…” made me want to
curl up in a ball and weep for days. Who knew being a powerful force of love
and goodness could be so terrifying? The
thought of embracing all that I am and feeling love and appreciation for me
feels quite bizarre.
My whole life I’ve been taught to look
outside myself for love, acceptance, admiration, and attention. I was able to
find acceptance from others by always being available, giving so much of myself
that there wasn’t much left for me. I found admiration from others by doing all
that I could and keeping an upbeat attitude, even when I was hurting
inside.I was able to find love from
almost everyone I met because I have the ability to always see the beauty in
others.
I have begun to see all the love,
admiration, acceptance, and attention I want can also come from me. I can
accept my actions no matter how unusual they may look to someone else. I can
give myself lots of attention and care for my amazing mind and body in ways I
never thought to before.

Two weeks ago I was walking RJ (my little Boston Terrier
mix) when my back began to throb. I haven’t felt pain like this for over two
months. Last December I suffered a back injury and was often in so much pain I
couldn’t walk more than 2-3 minutes without having to squat down. Ten to
fifteen minutes of walking often resulted in tears. I have a bulging disc and
it pushes up against my sciatic nerve. It has often felt like someone is alternating
between stabbing me with little knives and stinging me with thousands of
needles. It often started in my low back and worked its way down my right
leg, down to my ankle.
When this pain popped up again so suddenly it took my breath
away.Initially I was terrified but soon
my terror turned to rage. I began to criticize myself for not doing enough
stretches and yoga. I started looking at everything I’d eaten that day,
notating anything that could have triggered the pain. Anger, doubt, and
criticism flooded my system.
I took RJ to my car and sat there. I allowed myself to feel
the anger and the heartache over this pain. I took several deep breaths. I began
to realize why I was in pain. I had been pushing myself to do, do, do and go,
go, go. I wasn’t listening to my body and asking her how she’s doing. I wasn’t
remembering to speak to myself with kindness and love. I wasn’t really talking
to myself at all unless to push and criticize myself. No wonder my back was
hurting again!
I decided in that moment to stop. I said to myself, “I’m
stopping now. I am going to love me no matter what. I’m looking for the good
inside me. I know it’s here. I know this love, joy, and peace I seek is right
here within.”
I began to see how I was looking externally, when the love
has been in me this whole time! I am love and so are you! When we look outside
for the love and acceptance we crave we totally overlook the fact that we can
give it to ourselves. We can do this anytime and anywhere we choose. Wow! This
was yet another breakthrough for me. I decided this was a time for praise not
punishment.
I began to praise myself and this knowledge. I was in awe of
the rush of love running throughout my body. I’ve been to lectures on love and
read about love in numerous books by Louise Hay, Jack Canfield, Esther Hicks,
Leo Buscaglia, and Wayne Dyer. Most recently I’ve been reading Marianne
Williamson’s book “A Return to Love.” Until I felt it at a soul level the words
didn’t fully register. How powerful a feeling is. Marianne’s book is filled
with empowering awesomeness though, and I am truly grateful for her.
After some deep breathing and a few EFT sessions my back
pain subsided. I haven’t had any major flare ups since. Whenever I start to
feel a bit of pain I go within and ask my body what she needs. Sometimes pain
means our body needs attention. Give yourself some attention and love. Some
part of you knows how much you deserve this.
I developed an EFT (tapping) script from all these feelings
I had that day. This is a guide for you to use whenever you want to shift
towards love. You can use different meridian points if you choose. For more guidance watch the video below before starting the script.
Chest: I no longer wish to put myself down. I wish to
release criticism and doubt.
Sternum: But if that’s all I am able to do for now, I allow
myself to continue. I forgive myself for criticism.
Top of Ribs: I am embracing criticism. I am embracing my
self-doubt and fear.
Underarm: I love my fear now.
Top of Head: I choose to give my fear a big hug.
Eyebrow:I choose to wrap my arms around my fear and
anything I would deem negative. I wrap my arms around it all in a loving
embrace.
Side of Eye: I love you criticism, I love you self-doubt. I love you, Insert your name, no
matter what you do.
Under Eye: I love you no matter what you say. I love you no
matter how you feel.
Under Nose: I choose to embrace all parts of me.
Chin: I choose to start loving me.
Chest: I’m going to love all of me now. It’s safe to love
me. All is right in my world. Namaste.
You can repeat this script as often as you like. Don’t be
afraid to add insights as they come up. Be proud of yourself for wanting to
love more. Self-love is the most amazing gift I’ve ever given. I plan to
continue giving it daily!
